Dr. Daniel completed his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships in the world renowned Krannert Institute of Cardiology, Indiana University, where he was selected to be chief cardiology fellow. He was then selected as the first Vascular/Endovascular fellow at the Washington Hospital Center, George Town University in Washington DC. Dr. Daniel returned to Indiana to as director of The Vascular Institute at The Heart Center of Indiana. He then relocated
to Florida where he established a busy interventional structural heart, and endovascular program.
Dr. Daniel has always been involved in clinical research and education. He is published in peer review journals. His areas of interest include Cardiovascular medicine consultation and preventive care, cardiac catheterization, and coronary interventions (stents, atherectomy etc.), Trans-Catheter Valve Therapy (TAVR, MitraClip, valvuluplasty), percutaneous closure of left atrial appendage (LAA closure) with Watchman or Amulet devices, percutaneous closure of intracardiac defects (ASD, PFO, and VSD), Endovascular Stent graft repair of abdominal and thoracic Aortic aneurysm and dissection, Carotid stenting, extremity endovascular revascularization, and office-based vein therapy with endovenous ablation.
